Welcome to my blog about loving living life. I believe we are alive to live and I plan to do as much as I can before the end.Today ended this weekend's Ontario Closed Squash Tournament at Mayfair Lakeshore. The energy in the environment and competitors made it magical. Everyone had a tale to tell of their matches, win or lose - that was my favourite part, listening to the hope, frustration, encouragement and complaining about bodies that no longer delivered upon command like they used to. Personally, I was happy with my performance (4th of 5 Woman's E) because it was my inaugural squash tourney and I played good shots, not winners, every shot. I met many new players and encourage anyone interested in fitness to give squash a try. Other than the occasional rain delay, the tourney ran beautifully and no tinners rusted. -Jack
